Eric Schmidt, Google’s CEO, wrote in a Dec. 2 Wall Street Journal opinion column that his company hasn’t ruined the news industry. In fact, only a small portion of their revenue comes from ads associated with news searches, he says. The piece includes his futuristic vision of the news, circa 2015.
