Twitter was ablaze this week with mixed reactions about the pending Comcast/NBC Universal deal, whereby Comcast cable, the U.S.’ largest cable tv company, will taking a controlling (51%) stake in the film and network tv giant. California-based Piero Palacios (twitter handle: @thatgomez), tweets about his fear about a lack of competition, which would potentially increase costs to and limit the choices of consumers.
